Not only making places to drink, but giving the industry a place to discuss its own foundations: that is what the summit is for.

Ahead of the session on gender and ways of working, sake, shochu, craft sake and Japanese wine producers all receive the same question set. Answers are processed statistically, and no business or individual is ever named. Surveys for the other themes are still being designed.
